About the Author

When my oldest son, a Marine, left for war and crossed the border from Kuwait into Iraq in March 2003 I started writing my conscience. After two tours that young combat veteran, my first born son, is now permanently disabled suffering from post traumatic stress disorder and his mother is now an ardent peace activist. Today I am active with Veterans for Peace, Military Families Speak Out and on the board of Rural Organizing Project Also, I am CEO of Rogue River Wind, Ltd and the inventor of a low profile wind turbine incorporating a high bandwidth relativistic generator

   It’s so unfortunate that George W Bush has taken the White House to such lows. I don’t think I’ve ever felt worse about any President and the sooner this one gets out of Dodge, the better. There will probably be more and more books written about this White House when they are no longer in power and able to threaten those who come forward. I shiver to think about what’s coming next.

   What’s coming next?? Next? How about some freakin’ justice for a change. If Congress could muster the cajones to hold this administration accountable, our standing in the world just might go up a bit.
   Their refusal or inability to do so just solidifies what most know already…their all cut from the same cloth. They just take turns destroying our country.

   It seems to me that Pelosi must be complicit in some of these crimes. Either she knew and did nothing or she silently acquiesced to things like torture and beyond instead of upholding the constitution. If she impeaches, she goes down also…

   She (pelosi) whined about how the country doesn’t want to “get even” and that it’s time for healing blah blah blah so impeachment was “off the table”. Doesn’t that right there tell you they’ve forgotten what they’ve sworn to do the minute they take office? Namely, they swear to uphold and defend the constitution of the United States not coddle its citizens so they’d feel better about bad bad Bushy and doze tewwibwy bad wepubwicans.

   As far as I can discern, it is her DUTY, not her choice, to impeach.

   I’m madder at the Dem party right now, you can ALWAYS trust the Repubs to do THEIR thing, they do it well, but these Dem leaders are absolutely disgraceful. I have to agree with Magix, they’re as complicit as the Repubs doing the lawbreaking.

   No one is held accountable, that means to me , if these clowns aren’t held accountable, no one will be. Ever.
