MGX provides service to both general individual whether a student, young professional or housewife and Business Customer whether it is a corporate organization, SME, Bank etc.

With mgX general user can deliver any needs whether its document, homemade food or gifts. Business customer can also deliver daily parcel, business essential or intra office equipment.

Currently MGX is providing All Bangladesh Delivery Service.

mgX Service

No, mgX provides service to any customer. However, for customized service, certain Parcel volume is required.

Here, we’ll pick up any Parcel from your location and deliver it to any location of the country within 24-72 hours. However, the delivery commitment is subject to pick up cut off.

To avail mgX All Bangladesh Delivery Service, users need to register as business customer.

Yes, we do provide customizable solutions according to each industry.

We generate customer wise invoice every week.

We provide weekly cash reconciliation via bank transfer.

Restriction

MGX do not deliver any illegal, harmful and prohibited under the laws of Bangladesh including but not limited to money, explosives, human corpses or body parts, firearms, weaponry, ammunition and their parts, plants and plant material, pornography and/or obscene material, hazardous waste, dangerous goods, dead or alive animal, packages that are wrapped in kraft paper, lottery tickets, gambling devices which are prohibited by law etc.

Yes, we deliver perishable items however, additional charges may be applied.

For All Bangladesh Delivery (Regular and Express) following instruction per Parcel needs to be maintained for each Parcel:
Maximum Dimension: 75 (cm) x 40 (cm) x 30 (cm)
Maximum Weight: 10 KG

Delivery Charge

For Pick Up Point Inside Dhaka, 1 KG charge ranges from 60-130 BDT. However, charge can differ depending on any sort of customization.

Yes, all our delivery charges are VAT and TAX exclusive.

Yes. Additional one-way delivery charge will be applied for return Parcels.

Registration

In order to become a business customer, a user has to complete following steps-
• Signed Agreement Paper and Condition of Carriage
• Details of Owner and Authorized Representative (Name, Contact No. Email ID, Address)
• Documents Collection
• NID of Owner and Authorized Representative (Mandatory)
• Utility Bill (Mandatory)
• TIN
• BIN
• Trade License
• Cheque Leaf
• Bank details in Bank Declaration form

Yes. Additional one-way delivery charge will be applied for return Parcels.

Booking Guidelines, Tracking and Correction-All Bangladesh Delivery

Each business customer will have individual order placement platform. By uploading Parcel details in prescribed order format user can book their Parcel (Demo is available upon request).

You can track your Parcels by doing the following-
• Insert Tracking Number in MGX Website (For end user/receiver/last mile customers)
• Insert Order ID/Invoice No in Merchant Panel (For Merchants)
• By contacting hotline, WhatsApp, email (For merchants as well as end user/receiver/last mile customers).

All Packages must be prepared and packed by the Second Party for safe transportation by road assuming ordinary care in handling-
• For fragile/exclusive/luxurious items bubble wrap as well as carton is required
• Each Parcels needs to labelled properly declaring (Invoice No, Receiver Name, Phone No, Address and Collection amount)

Yes, however, it might depend on Parcel type.

We highly encourage to double check the label and data before uploading in the system. However, we do provide correction when necessary.
