  We receive information about the communications between delivery agents and customer (merchant or receiver) including the date and time of the call or SMS message, the parties’ phone numbers, and the content of any SMS messages.   MGX.COM LTD. always make sure that the passengers are enjoying quality service. MGX.COM LTD. will receive information regarding the ratings, complaints and reviews for merchant, customer and delivery agent.

• Provide required service from first mile pick up to last mile delivery.
